  3. Participants will accurately define and provide two examples each of positive and negative reinforcement strategies used in sports coaching to increase desirable player behaviors.

  4. Participants will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of observation, shaping, and reinforcement techniques by measuring and reporting improvements in player performance over a defined period.
